📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and mentor store leaders and heads to ensure operational excellence and team success.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to store teams.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional managers and corporate leaders to implement best practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Ensure all stores meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the Erajaya brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality and tourism sector, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
