📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional service at the poolside, including serving drinks and assisting guests with their needs
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring all areas are immaculate
• Assist with table service and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Promote our premium offerings and upsell where appropriate
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel at home
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic food and beverage knowledge is a plus
• Must be outgoing, friendly, and able to build rapport with guests quickly
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the pool area
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
