📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide prenatal, postnatal, and family planning services to women and families in the community.
- Conduct health check-ups, vaccinations, and other necessary medical procedures.
- Educate and counsel individuals and families on maternal and child health.
- Monitor and report on maternal and child health indicators to relevant government agencies.
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and accessible healthcare services.
- Participate in community health programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a midwife in a healthcare setting.
- Certification as a Government Midwife (Bidan PNS) from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
