📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the branch.
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
