📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth running and high customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates to achieve store targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
