📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align business development efforts with overall company goals.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets.,Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.
