Manage the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operations.,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems.,Supervise and mentor crew members.,Report to management on vessel performance and any issues.,Handle emergency situations and ensure the safety of crew and passengers.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Valid Captain's license and STCW certification.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and company policies.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.,Experience with crew management and training.
