📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Supervise and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Manage and maintain workplace equipment and facilities.,Prepare and present reports on operational performance and employee productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
