📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues that may arise during the distribution process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for additional supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution plans and strategies.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the maritime industry is a plus.
  • Ability to travel is required.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
