Your daily tasks will include conducting market analyses, coordinating with local governments, and implementing sustainable farming techniques. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the sustainability and efficiency of the food system in Bangka Belitung.
• Conduct market analyses and identify opportunities for innovation in agricultural practices.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, including farmers, policymakers, and industry partners, to drive sustainable initiatives.
• Coordinate with local governments to implement sustainable farming techniques and policies.
• Optimize supply chain processes to ensure food security and resilience.
• Monitor and report on the progress of sustainable initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in sustainable food systems.
• Represent Sustainable Harvest Indonesia at industry events and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food systems, agricultural development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and supply chain management.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural policies and regulations.
• Certification in sustainable agriculture or a related field is a plus.
