📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate the restaurant staff to achieve operational and financial goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the corporate office to implement company-wide policies and initiatives.,Ensure the restaurant meets all financial targets and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
