Head of Franchise

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing franchise strategies that align with our business goals, managing franchise relationships, and ensuring the success of our franchise network. You will work closely with our franchisees to provide support, training, and resources needed to achieve their business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement franchise expansion strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage franchise relationships and ensure compliance with our franchise agreements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to franchisees to help them achieve success.
• Monitor franchise performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new franchise opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners.
• Ensure all franchise operations are in line with company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing franchise networks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using franchise management software such as FranConnect or FranNet.
• Certification in franchise management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
