📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.,Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring financial targets are met.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Represent the company at internal and external events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
