📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery drills.,Support remote and on-site users as needed.,Maintain and update IT security protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus.
