📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain the restaurant's reputation for quality service and food.,Manage inventory and supplier relationships to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and operating efficiently.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.,Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational and financial goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing staff and teams.,Experience in inventory management and supplier relations.,Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
