This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any complaints or issues promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and conducting regular inspections.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and procurement, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Ability to work well in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.
