📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of daily maritime operations.,Ensure the safety and compliance of the vessel and crew.,Monitor and maintain navigational equipment and systems.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of ship's documents and records.,Support the Captain and crew in emergency situations.,Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival inspections of the vessel.,Participate in crew meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the management of cargo and passenger operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent.,Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Familiarity with navigational software and equipment.,Basic knowledge of cargo operations and handling.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Navigational skills and knowledge of maritime charts and maps.Experience with cargo operations and handling.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Good record of maintaining safety and compliance standards.Experience with emergency response and damage control procedures.
