📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route planning.
  • Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and schedule regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including vehicle inspections and driver certifications.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to optimize fleet performance.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations.
  • Provide training and support to new drivers and team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of drivers.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
