📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that the company's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities, including spending, savings, and performance metrics.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to procurement.,Provide guidance and support to junior procurement staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in supplier management and contract negotiation.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract management.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
