As a Pipeline & Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and engineers, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. With your expertise in pipeline and M&E systems, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of utility pipelines and M&E systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle their tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections of pipelines and M&E systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor our services accordingly.
• Monitor the performance of pipelines and M&E systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and reliability of our infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipeline and M&E system maintenance and supervision.
• Certifications in pipeline inspection, such as NACE Level 1 or ASNT Level II, are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or SAP.
• Proven track record of managing teams and projects successfully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
