📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control inventory and manage suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and attractive restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Experience with POS systems and point-of-sale technology is a plus.
