As a Senior Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing food, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and assisting in the training of new team members. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet production targets.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary requirements where necessary.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
