📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
