📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor,Ensure the cashier counter is clean and well-organized at all times,Process returns and exchanges according to company policies,Assist in inventory management and restocking of products,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and promptly,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
