📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily booking operations, ensuring all reservations are accurately processed and confirmed.
Coordinate with hotel staff, golf course managers, and other departments to ensure smooth booking processes.
Train and mentor booking agents to maintain high standards of customer service.
Utilize booking software like GolfNow, Resvpro, and Cvent to manage reservations efficiently.
Monitor booking trends and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special offers and packages.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in booking operations or customer service roles.
Proven experience in managing booking software and systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with the tourism industry in Bali is a plus.
Certification in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
