Coinbase is seeking a talented Group Product Manager to join our Compliance Automation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that helps keep our platform secure and compliant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a passion for compliance and automation. This role is remote and based in the USA.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for Compliance Automation, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and compliance, to deliver high-quality products.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.,Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and constraints.,Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to continuously improve the product.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.,5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on compliance or financial services.,Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards, including but not limited to AML, KYC, and GDPR.,Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as RPA, workflow automation, or AI/ML.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, agile environment.,Familiarity with financial services and blockchain technology is a plus.
