📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies
• Provide training and documentation to end-users on IT systems and processes
• Monitor and report on IT system performance and availability
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of IT services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting
• Proficient in using Windows and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
• Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Knowledge of server administration and virtualization technologies
