• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.
• Optimize fuel consumption and costs by implementing efficient fuel management strategies.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing with our trusted mechanics.
• Monitor and track vehicle performance, usage, and mileage using fleet management software.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.
• Analyze and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate with vehicle suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the food industry and logistics operations is a plus.
