As an Operations Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and improving our order processing, inventory management, and customer service. You’ll work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. With your expertise in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and your ability to analyze data using tools like Power BI, you’ll drive efficiency and growth in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize order processing, from order entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reorder points, and supplier negotiations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operations.
• Implement and maintain ERP systems like SAP or Oracle to support our operations.
• Utilize data analytics tools like Power BI to monitor and analyze operational data.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations management, order processing, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
